Well not really, these are common inkcaps. Mushrooms are the fruiting body of a more extensive sub-surface fungal network, composed of thread-like mycelia which bore into rotted vegetation. Fungi reproduce from spores that drop out of the fin-like gills on the underside of a mushroom's cap.
